A local cheese consortium have been busy throughout 2021 sampling incredible cheeses from artisan makers from all over the country.
Founder of the Cotswold Turophiles, David Greenwell decided to support two Charities with sales from his new cheese consortium. Combat Stress and Shipston Home Nursing
Since February 2021 members have been sampling amazing artisan cheeses from small cheese makers from around the country.
We would like to thank everyone involved for this generous donation.
David said
The membership has grown from 3 to over 45 since our inception in February 2021 and I hope to make over £600 profit, once all the money from the Christmas order is in.
As a consequence, I am able to make a donation of £334 to Shipston Home Nursing.
