“Behind the scenes”

We have a small part-time ‘back-office’ team which manages and coordinates the support required for the daily operation of our Charity.

We are no different from a small or medium size businesses and as you would expect, need to have functions such as Human Resources, Financial Planning and Control, Governance and Compliance, IT Support and Data Management.

Clearly we do not have the financial resources to have dedicated individuals for each function and therefore have grouped many of these activities under a general manager (Executive Director) who, with support from our Trustees has responsibility for the daily running of the charity.
