Unfortunately our July walk has been cancelled. Keep an eye out for our August walk – provisionally on 9th August. Join John Dudbridge and his fellow walkers, meeting at the Ebrington Arms at 6pm to leave by 6.15pm. 

This will follow the route of Walk 4 in the direction of Foxcote and is around three and a quarter miles long. It is a round trip from the pub to Foxcote House and back with lovely views on defined tracks and paths. In several places the nettles are close to the path so trousers are advisable!

Foxcote House is a fine 18th Century, Grade 2 listed country house on a shooting estate in the hills above Ilmington, now owned by the Wexner family. The walk passes close to the house before turning back to Ebrington on the return leg.
