UPDATE FOR LONG COMPTON WALK TOMORROW

Tomorrow’s Long Compton Walk one of the last of this seasons Evening Walks(Moving off from Point A at 6pm CV36 5LH, just off Long Lane, top of Vicarage Lane)
However when we did a last minute recce last evening the sheep were off the hill and the weather forecast is favourable. The two routes should allow for a flatter walk for those who prefer a more level wander whilst the ‘mini high road’ option has the added bonus of the better views and if navigation is spot on we meet in the middle and walk back together facing West and hopefully a lovely evening sky.
We have closed the advanced booking for supper at The Red Lion, Long Compton so any late comers have to take pot luck with their own bookings.
